First Alternative Manufacturing designs and produces pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) equipment and other advanced electronic devices from our facility in Stuart, Florida. We take a product from specification to tested, production-ready hardware.

Every PEMF system is a magnetic component, a power stage and a controller working together. We build all three in-house so they are engineered to match.
Custom wound coils sized to the field geometry you need, from compact local applicators to full-body mats and loops.
Power stages and waveform generation for repeatable, programmable pulses across a defined frequency and intensity range.
Control boards, user interfaces and firmware for session timing, presets and safe operating limits.
Final assembly with measurement of each unit's output so the field it produces matches the specification on paper.

Each stage ends with a review, so you approve the design before money goes into tooling or volume parts.
We define field strength, frequency range, form factor, power source and target cost with you.
Coil, driver and controller are built and brought up on the bench as a working unit.
Output is measured against the spec, along with heat, run time and electrical safety checks.
Documented assembly, per-unit testing and batch records for repeatable builds at volume.

First Alternative Manufacturing is based in Stuart, Florida, in Martin County. Working locally means you can visit the shop floor, see prototypes in person and talk directly with the people building your device.
